Fellow writer Zachary Freeman posted a complete wrap-up of the PlayStation 4 announcement. He compiled all the details for the console, the controller and several games that were shown at the event. In the midst of all these great pieces of information however, it’s easy to forget what wasn’t shown that could have really put Sony over the edge. Granted: there is still GDC, E3 and tons of more events and opportunities for Sony to touch on these things in the coming months leading up to that Holiday 2013 launch window, but I still felt like each of these were missed opportunities. As such, I’ll be focusing on those things I felt were left out.
